This has allowed us to quickly build our assets under management in the wake of the GFC and has helped contribute to a competitive market for consumers right across Australia and New Zealand. It also offers us the unique opportunity to further expand into niche sections of home loan market in both Australia and New Zealand.

Since this time, we have completed eight transactions with a total value exceeding $2.5 billion - a figure which highlights both our financial strength and resilience.
The Pepper Residential Securities Trust No 8 - a landmark transaction completed in December 2010 - was the first non-conforming transaction of its kind since early 2008. This $260 million issue paved the way for the re-opening of this market and our RMBS program is among the country's most highly-regarded.
