Pepper prides itself on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our brokers and other finance partners.

Pepper’s research into the needs of brokers conducted in late 2010, found that brokers wanted strong relationships with lenders and a thorough knowledge of their financial products. In support of the needs of our brokers, Pepper recently expanded our team with six new Business Development Managers. They provide greater support to our broker partners across Australia.

Pepper is also making a significant investment in a new technology platform that will help brokers to easily research and write specialist loans for their customers, speeding up processing times.

Through Pepper’s recently completed acquisition of the GE Capital Australia and New Zealand residential mortgage portfolio, we will increase our market leading position as a provider of competitive financing across a broad range of home loan products. As a result of the acquisition, brokers will have the opportunity to access more home loan products for their clients while still receiving the excellent customer support that Pepper offers.
