Pepper Accreditation Process
Your aggregator must submit an email ‘Request for Accreditation’ to firstname.lastname@example.org, containing the following details:
- Confirmation of your membership with them
- Your full name
- Your business name (if applicable)
- Your contact phone & fax numbers
- Your addresses - business, postal and email
- Your date of birth
- ACR or ACL number
Pepper will confirm receipt of the request to you via email and invite you to complete your accreditation online.

View the 10 minute Accreditation Video and complete the accompanying questionnaire. Once you achieve 100% on the questionnaire you will be prompted to enter your personal details and generate your official ‘Certificate of Accreditation’.

If you are already accredited with Pepper and would like access to our broker information services, please call 1800 737 737 to confirm your registered email address and password.
IMPORTANT: To be accredited with Pepper, you must have a valid Australian Credit Licence (“ACL”) or be an Authorised Credit Representative (“ACR”) of an Australian Credit Licensee, be a member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (“MFAA”) or Finance Brokers Association of Australia (“FBAA”) and be a member of an ASIC approved External Dispute Resolution Scheme.
