Mario Rehayem
Director, Sales and Distribution
Mario joined Pepper in 2011 from Westpac where his most recent role was as State Manager Mortgage Broker Distribution – WA and SA. In that role, he managed a team of Business Development Managers and led third party distribution strategy within these two states. Prior to Westpac, Mario was a State Manager for Pepper in NSW.
Mario is a fantastic advocate for brokers and has been able to leverage in his current role his considerable expertise from his time as a broker. Mario has a reputation for service and imparting insightful practical advice for brokers garnered from many years spent as both a broker and a lender
Vasé Marcevska
Business Development Manager - NSW & ACT
Vasé joined the Pepper team after a successful four-year stint as a Senior Lending Consultant at Bankwest. Prior to joining Bankwest, Vasé completed her Commerce degree majoring in Banking and Finance.

Craig White
Business Development Manager - VIC & TAS
Craig has been working in the Banking and Finance industry for over 20 years. He spent 14 years at CBA prior to a stint as a Mortgage Broker and three years as a BDM with RAMS. Craig has also held the position of State Business Manager of a sub-aggregator where he hired, trained and mentored brokers.

Neil has been working in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 25 years. He is a very proud and passionate Queenslander and brings that passion to his role. Neil has had a very broad experience in the industry ranging in roles from CBA, Wizard and Smartline to time spent as a Mortgage Broker within a small brokerage firm.

Patricia Salas
Business Development Manager – QLD
Patricia has over 12 years experience in home lending in a number of Australia’s most recognised financial institutions, including St George, RAMS and Gateway Credit Union. Over the course of her career she has held senior positions in lending operations, relationship management, sales and underwriting. In her role as BDM for Pepper, Patricia brings invaluable experience and a thorough understanding of the full end to end process of home loan originations.

Paul Biddle
Business Development Manager - WA & SA
Paul has more than 20 years Banking & Finance experience. Prior to joining Pepper, Paul was Manager of one of the top performing BOQ branches in WA. Paul has had many diverse roles in the industry and has worked with a number of leading Financial Services organisations including ANZ, Aussie Home Loans and KPMG. Paul also spent a number of years as a Director in his own Mortgage Broking firm.

Paul has over 25 years of Banking and Finance industry experience. He has held many roles in that time throughout the industry - before joining Pepper he was a Senior BDM at Suncorp in WA. Many of our WA brokers may remember Paul from his role for us as State Manager WA prior to taking the role at Suncorp.
