Pepper is always aiming to grow its relationships with our broker partners and improve upon our customer service performance. We want to make the process of applying for a Pepper home loan as fast and as simple possible and as such offer a 48-hour approval time.

In 2011 Pepper hired six new Business Development Managers in order to make it easier to contact someone at Pepper and discuss your client’s home loans. Pepper also committed to delivering a new technology platform at the end of 2011 that will provide instant access to research and write specialist loans for their customers, speeding up processing times.
