Before joining Pepper Money, Michael held roles at St George, Toyota Financial Services, Hyundai, and Capital Finance. As the Head of Sales Asset Finance, Michael is responsible for leading a national team of BDMs.

Joining Pepper Money in July 2021 as General Manager, Mortgages and Commercial Lending, Barry brings over two decades of experience in financial services. An experienced thought leader, he is well known for his support and advocacy of the Mortgage Brokering industry, ensuring brokers and customers have options to succeed.

Barry has held roles across legal, company secretary, sales and product management roles with the likes of Aussie Home Loans, GE Capital, HSBC, and Norton Rose Fulbright.

As the CEO of the Electric Vehicle Council, Behyad Jafari works with industry, government and the media to accelerate the electrification of road transport, for a more sustainable and prosperous Australia.

With experience advising politicians, businesses and investors, Behyad has a strong understanding of Australia’s political and corporate clean energy landscape.

Hussain Mufti has been in the mortgage industry for well over a decade.His father introduced him to the broking industry when he was young and he started out studying Financial Planning alongside mortgage broking, ultimately deciding to dedicate all his efforts to Mortgage Broking.

He has won multiple awards including The Adviser 'Top 30 under 30' nationally, AFG Champion Broker title for NSW/ACT twice in the last four years.

He credits his success to his wonderful team along with robust procedures he has built up over a period of time. He sincerely believes that anyone can become great at anything if they invest time in improving themselves and their philosophy in life

Anthony has been involved in the finance industry for over 36 years and has operated IFA Mortgages & Finance for the past 23 years. Anthony is co-owner of IFA Mortgages & Finance and the cornerstone of managing the operation of the business.

Many of Anthony’s clients rely on him not only for his expert Mortgage Advice, but also as an overall ‘Life Coach’ for wealth advice and knowledge. Anthony always goes the extra mile for his clients and dedicates hours upon hours outside of business hours to ensure his clients are satisfied.
